Hi, I’m Corinne

RSW,MSW,BSW

I’m a registered social worker and therapist, and the person behind Ever Haven.

I believe counselling should feel human. My approach is warm, relational and curious, with room for conversation, creativity, play and the things that can be harder to put into words.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. You can come as you are - we’ll start there.

My Approach

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or one-size-fits-all. I believe meaningful work begins when there’s enough safety to simply be yourself.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed and responsive to the person in front of me. We make space for what you’re thinking, what you’re experiencing, and what your nervous system might be communicating - at a pace that feels manageable.

Room to be human

You don’t have to show up with the right words or have everything figured out. We can be curious about what’s happening together, without judgment or pressure to be anywhere other than where you are.

More than words

Sometimes talking helps. Sometimes it doesn’t quite reach what’s happening. Depending on you, we may bring in play, creativity, movement, body awareness and practical tools.
