Online counselling that meets you where you are

Accessing counselling should not depend on living close to a larger centre or having time for another long drive.

Virtual counselling makes it possible to connect from Regina, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Swift Current, Yorkton or a rural Saskatchewan community-all from a private space that works for you.

Online sessions can offer room to slow down, understand what has been feeling difficult and find a way forward without adding travel to an already full day.

What can online counselling support?

You do not need to fit neatly into one category before reaching out. We can begin with what has been feeling difficult and explore what might help.

Anxiety + Overwhelm

Support when your thoughts will not settle, responsibilities keep piling up or you feel as though you are always bracing for what comes next.

Children + Teens

Developmentally appropriate support for anxiety, confidence, emotions, friendships, school stress, family transitions and growing into a stronger sense of self.

ADHD + Neurodivergence

A curious, affirming space to explore executive functioning, sensory needs, emotional intensity, energy, sleep and systems that work with your brain.

Emotional Regulation

Understanding what happens in your mind and body during big emotions and developing practical ways to pause, regulate and respond.

Pregnancy + Parenthood

Support through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, birth experiences, NICU experiences, changing identity and the emotional complexity of becoming or being a parent.

Life Transitions + Relationships

Space to explore change, grief, identity, boundaries, relationship patterns and the moments when life no longer feels the way it once did.

What is virtual counselling actually like?

Virtual counselling is more than an appointment moved onto a screen. It is a private, collaborative space where you can slow down, explore what has been happening and receive support from somewhere familiar.

You do not need a perfectly quiet home, a carefully prepared explanation or the right words. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

Depending on your needs, sessions might include conversation, reflection, practical strategies, emotional-regulation tools or creative and play-based activities. For children and teens, we may incorporate drawing, games or familiar objects from home, with caregiver involvement shaped by the child’s age and needs.

Appointments take place through a secure video platform. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private space where you feel comfortable speaking.

Can virtual counselling work for me or my child?

Virtual counselling can work well for many adults, teens and children, but it does not need to look the same for everyone.

Adults and teens may appreciate being able to speak from a familiar environment without travelling. For younger clients, online sessions can include conversation, drawing, games, movement and play-based activities using simple materials already available at home.

A caregiver may occasionally help prepare the space, gather materials or support the transition into and out of the appointment. The level of caregiver involvement will depend on the child’s age, needs and therapeutic goals.

Before beginning, we can consider whether virtual counselling feels appropriate for you or your child. If another type of service would be more supportive, we can talk openly about that too.
